Botox, Dysport, Kybella Injections

Botox Cosmetic treatments are predominantly used to treat and reduce wrinkles and fine lines caused by the contractions of facial muscles. Botox is injected into facial muscles to temporarily relax them; removing their ability to contract. This smooths out moderate to severe wrinkles, lines and creases. This procedure typically only takes a few minutes and most patients do not experience much discomfort.

Dysport is very similar to Botox. It is also a type of botulinum type A used to temporarily suspend the muscles that cause unwanted lines and wrinkles. It will improve the look of wrinkles and fine lines temporarily while allowing your untreated muscles to move naturally. Dysport is a smaller molecule than Botox making it spread to a wider area. Depending on which area of the face you will need treated, this could be an advantage or disadvantage.

The benefit of these procedures is that there is little to no downtime required before getting back to normal activities. Results vary but are usually visible after a few days and can last up to 4 months after the first treatment.
